Old Man Winter Trail Race #3 FINAL RACE OF THE SERIES!
APPLETON, NY: The Winery at Marjim Manor - Please join us on Sunday February 20, 2022 for the Old Man Winter Trail Race #3 at Marjim Manor. The race is being brought to you by iRun WNY and will take place entirely on Marjim Manor and adjacent property in Appleton, New York. CLICK HERE to learn about the history and legend of Marjim Manor. We are planning to use the same course (CLICK HERE TO VIEW MAP) that we used for the first two races of the series (Approx 3.2 miles).
CUSTOM FINISHER MEDALS!
The first 75 participants will receive a special edition Old Man Winter Custom Finisher Medal along with an extra bonus complimentary gift!
We have designed a scenic single loop course that takes place primarily on grass, gravel trails, farm roads, and through the Bittner/Singer apple orchards. There is also a short section of asphalt roadway at the end of the course leading back to the start/finish line.
WEATHER ALERT! Keep your eye on the weather leading up to race day. Race organizers will drive farm equipment, UTV's, or snow machines on snow covered trails if needed on race morning. Depending on the weather that day, running trails could be drifted and/or snow covered, clear, muddy, frozen, soft, or all of the above. Prepare for the weather and dress appropriately.

REGISTRATION & PACKET PICKUPOnline registration will remain open right up until race day February 20, 2022. Race bibs with timing chip, custom Old Man Winter finisher medals (first 75 only), and a special bonus participant gift (TBD) will be dispensed prior to the race outside of the winery from our custom race trailer.

POST RACE CELEBRATIONJoin us after the race for what is sure to become one of the most unique post race celebrations in Western New York! Race participants will enjoy spectacular winter landscapes, Lake Ontario scenic overlook while running, finish line music, light food/snacks, and of course the winery is open for business after your run!PARKING
There will be plenty of free parking available at Marjim Manor.
AGE GROUPS & AWARDS
Awards will be presented to the 1st place overall male and female finishers. Age group winners will be announced and all participants can download custom finisher certificates from the event page and view/share finish line photos following the race!
14 and under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69. 70-74, 75-79, 80 and older.

CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event of foul weather, public safety concerns, or for any other reason deemed necessary by race organizers (ex: state of emergency, shelter-in-place, limit on social gatherings, etc), we want runners to know up front that we reserve the right to reschedule the event date if needed OR convert this to a virtual 5K race. There will be no refunds.
TIMING & FINISH LINE SERVICES
Professional timing and finish line services using industry leading Jaguar Electronic RFID timing will be provided by Race Management Solutions. Results are updated throughout the race in real time and can be accessed at any time after crossing the finish line using any one of the following options:
